Ms. Singer is a member of the EnviroScience (ES) government contracts division specializing in the National Aquatic Resource Survey (NARS) programs. Ms. Singer earned her Master’s in Public Administration at the University of Akron where she specialized in Environmental Policy incorporating her undergraduate experience studying geology and the environment. During her studies Ms. Singer had varied experiences with multiple county agencies and non-governmental organizations (NGO) developing her skills in policy analysis, community engagement, and team building. She brings 18 years of business development and management experience to the EnviroScience Team. Her primary role at ES is working as a program coordinator for the National Aquatic Resource Survey (NARS) contracts. These responsibilities include contract proposals, award reviews, deliverable oversight, budget review and adherence, logistical support, reporting, including but not limited to Federal Documents production and reviews, and regular review of contract staffing needs. Ms. Singer has worked to develop the EnviroScience corporate outreach as the founding member of the ES Corporate Responsibility Committee (CRC). The award-winning CRC is an elective staff lead initiative to help improve the community in which we reside while developing our business strategies as defined by the universal principles of the United Nations Global Compact, a membership ES is especially proud of.
